Stephanie Robinson

has worked with Dean Nash and Brian Franciskato since 1996, in the capacity of Legal Secretary and Accounts Manager. With the formation of the Nash & Franciskato Law Firm in September 2004, she has assumed the additional responsibilities of Office Manager and Paralegal. Stephanie's combined 24 years of law firm experience includes personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including product liability cases resulting from the design and manufacture of defective prosthesis implants. As Office Manager, Stephanie's knowledge of the daily operation, accounting and client requirements of a law firm assists her with helping co-workers achieve their needs and goals. As Paralegal, Stephanie works closely with clients and litigation attorneys, allowing her to provide valuable input and the assistance needed for preparation and development of Nash & Franciskato's cases.

A life-long resident of Missouri, Stephanie resides in Lee's Summit, Missouri. She is the mother of an adult daughter and younger son. Her activities are split between guidance and interaction with a young adult, and time spent with a middle-school son who excels in league baseball and basketball.

Holly Long

enjoys working with people who need help with their legal problems. She has 13 years experience in the legal field and has worked as a paralegal for Nash & Franciskato since its inception on September 1, 2004. Her experience includes all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases involving vehicular negligence, product defects, and malpractice. Holly has developed special expertise in cases involving trucking litigation. She has been a member of the Kansas City Paralegal Association since 2001. Holly earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Kansas and an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Holly and her husband, Kent, have one child. She is involved in many of her child's extracurricular activities including sports, school and church.
