Mark Parrish is originally from Camdenton, Missouri, but has been working as an attorney in Kansas City, Missouri since 1995. Since graduating from law school in 1992, Mark has dedicated his career to representing individuals against manufacturers of dangerous and defective products, and against insurance companies. The defendants against whom Mark has been involved in litigation include Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Mazda, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, General Tire, Goodyear, Dunlop, Allstate, State Farm, American Family and Farmers Insurance Company.

Mark's experience also includes representing individuals in various regions of the country, including lawsuits in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Nevada, to name a few. His career began with the Law Offices of Robert M.N. Palmer in Springfield, Missouri.  Prior to joining the Nash & Franciskato Law Firm as Of Counsel in November 2006, he was a partner with the law firm of James, Totta & Parrish in Lee's Summit, Missouri. There Mark practiced in the areas of product liability, insurance litigation and general civil litigation.

Additionally, Mark is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (serving on the Board of Governors), the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (as a sustaining member), Lawyers Encouraging Academic Performance (serving on its Board of Directors), Justice for Missouri Families (serving on its Board of Directors), and the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce (serving on its Board of Directors).

Prior to attending law school, Mark attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri where he majored in Economics, graduating in 1989. Mark lives in Lee's Summit, Missouri with his wife Klara and their two children, Kristina and Lukas. Klara is Vice President of Commercial Lending with the Bank of Lee's Summit.
